We tour the space with you, count racks and assets, confirm access, dock, and timing, and give you a fixed scope and quote.
Your team (or your MSP) shuts down and confirms the equipment is out of production. That's the only thing we ask you to do.
Crew arrives at the agreed window. Cables come out, gear comes off the rails, every asset is scanned and tagged as it leaves the rack.
Disk drives are packed up securely and tracked and brought back to our facility where the data is completely destroyed.
Everything palletized and on the truck. Debris cleared. You sign the pickup manifest.
Certificates of destruction, serialized asset report, and recycling documentation delivered. The installers move in.

Equipment with resale value goes through our remarketing channels. A share of what it sells for comes back to you as BBG Technical Dollars — credit you can apply to your next decommission, DRaaS, or any other BBG service. It won't cover the job, but on a big refresh it adds up.
